Lost and stolen card contacts: Business accounts
Lost or stolen credit and debit card contacts for business bank accounts
When a credit card or debit card is lost, or worse stolen, you must report it to your provider as soon as possible and ensure that it's blocked. If you use online business banking or a banking app, you may be able to block or freeze your card; if you have this option, you should do this immediately. Once your business credit card or debit card has been reported as lost or stolen, and your provider blocked the card, you should request a new replacement card.
We have included below a directory of UK business current account providers, along with their contact details should your card be lost or stolen. Depending on whether you have a Visa or MasterCard card, may also find the Visa lost or stolen card help page or the Mastercard lost or stolen card help page helpful, particularly if you are abroad. If you have lost you phone and use mobile banking please read our guide: "When you’ve lost your phone - steps to take". For personal accounts see Lost and stolen card contacts: Personal accounts.
Note: Although we regularly check this directory, it may on occasion contain out of date details, and we cannot guarantee that all the contact details are correct. If you find anything that needs correcting or updating or want to add missing information, please let us know by contacting us. Please also note call charges may apply. Last directory check: 08 Feb 2023.
